United Airlines has announced new daily non-stop service from Washington, DC, to Geneva, Switzerland. The route will be covered by the carrier’s newly reconfigured B767 aircraft, offering true lie-flat seats in Business and First Class, enhanced entertainment options, and other amenities. Service begins April 19, 2009.

United has also reinstated seasonal service between Denver and London, with daily non-stops from March 29 through Oct. 23.

Tickets for both routes are available now, so take advantage of the greater mileage award and upgrade availability often found on newly announced service. Also, keep in mind that United’s award seats will see a price hike on January 1.
