Four Steps to Booking Award Space
Step One: Check FCF chart below for months with good mileage award space.
Step Two: Log in to your Asiana account.
Step Three: If you have miles in your account, book award space, otherwise transfer points from Starwood if availability is strong. The transfer time from Starwood to Asiana varies, as long as five days we’ve seen. Mileage availability changes all the time, so the seat might disappear before the points arrive in your account. To mitigate that risk, have more than one set of dates ready when you transfer. See information on getting Star Alliance miles here.
Step Four: As soon as points have been transferred, go back to site and immediately book the award to limit risk of losing space.
