BA Biz Class Discounts Here’s a little-noticed wrinkle in BA’s Visa Signature Card offer (otherwise primarily offering 2-for-1s): $250 off on advance-purchase Business Class fares. Granted, it’s not a big deal, but not a bad one either as the airline’s fares are often only $500 more than the competition. Offer expires Dec. 31, 2006, but travel doesn’t have to be completed until Dec. 31, 2007. Reservations: (877) 376-3135.

EVA’s Online Meal Ordering Meals can now be ordered 21 days in advance at evaair.com (click on “meal order” at the top) and passengers in Super First, Business, and Premium Laurel Classes can choose from the special main courses up to 24 hours before scheduled departure. Not available on flights from Saigon, Phnom Penh, Paris, Auckland and Japan.

Eos Lures BA and Virgin Elites The all-Business Class carrier marked its six-month anniversary by offering travelers who have flown at least two round-trips on either British Airways Business or First Class, and/or Virgin Atlantic Upper Class in the past six months a $3,500 NY-London round-trip fare, good for travel through May 26. The kicker: Your money back if you don’t like Eos. The sweetener: Free car service. Eos flies daily between New York and London. (See FCF Dec. 2005 for Eos profile.) Details at www.eosairlines.com.

Spirit Airlines New Loyalty Program It’s called Free Spirit and it comes with a nice bonus: All miles, whether flight, bonus, or spending (but only with the new Free Spirit MasterCard), count toward elite status. Mileage credit and bonus opportunities vary by class of ticket. Domestic Business Class awards start at 20,000 miles, Caribbean awards at 40,000 miles. MasterCard purchase miles have no expiration date as long as you make one purchase per month on the card. Elite status conferred upon earning 12,000 miles in preceding six months; VIP status upon earning 24,000. Details: spiritair.com (800) 772-7117.
